**JOB OBJECTIVES**
- To contribute to the company's general profitability and sustainability through optimization of presence on online platforms
- To enable customers to achieve successful online purchases by ensuring complete availability of product information and that such content is identical to the company's physical stores and affiliated online platforms
- To increase sales performance and inventory flow of active online products and enhance visibility
- To analyze key business metrics and perform market research on all e-commerce activities
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
Online product lifecycle management - provide current and accurate product information to online platforms on a daily basis; includes but is not limited to:
- Inventory.
Work with IT and Buying on real-time and accurate inventory and ensure availability of top sales drivers.
- Pricing.
Work with IT to ensure real-time and accurate updates on pricing across all affiliated e-commerce platforms.
- Image display of products.
Work with affiliated online platforms and internal groups to schedule photoshoots and evaluate online displays of products.
Recommend product information enhancements and coordinate with other functional teams if needed.
- Uploading and removing products online.
Work with E-Commerce Product Manager in identifying and recommending which products will be made available online across all affiliated e-commerce platforms.
- Promotions.
Work with E-Commerce Promotions Division to ensure all promotional criteria are met and assist in evaluating after campaign performance.
- Product Database.
Maintain product knowledge on all available products online.
Work with IT in maintaining Online Product Database for all affiliated e-commerce platforms.
- Work with E-Commerce Product Manager and affiliated online platforms to ensure proper implementation of online trading initiatives
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the E Commerce Product Manager
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**
- Experience in marketing and technology
- Well-versed knowledge of e-commerce covering retail business models
- Satisfactory understanding of online merchandising and advertising
- Adequate knowledge of Inventory and Analytical Systems or similar software
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel preferably)
- Strong customer service with excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
- College degree level in Management/Marketing/IT or related field
- 2-year work experience in the related industry on the same level
- Must be willing to work on early hours, on weekends, and in shifting schedule
- Willing to work onsite in Paranaque temporarily
- Willing to comply with the company's pre-employment requirements
**Salary**: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
