Job DescriptionThe Product/Business Development Director shall be in charge of planning, developing, and managing all product & business development strategies and processes in the company that support its overall strategic goals.
He/she shall be responsible for leading the expansion into the Philippines of Secure Craft Pte Ltd's services and product offerings, including the execution of product selling, marketing, and GTM (go-to-market) strategy.
Together with his/her team, the Product/Business Development Director shall manage all the products/services that are under the MC's product portfolio, define the product vision by gathering and prioritizing the customers' product requirements, and work closely with the other functions/departments to deliver winning solutions to customers.
Works and collaborates with the General Manager in setting the direction and targets of Securecraft PH's product/business development strategies.Co-facilitates the Business Planning process in the department/assigned teams.Prepares and communicates information to management.Proposes and presents plans on product/business development strategies and programs.Cascades important information discussed during the company's management committee meetings to all members/assigned teams.Performs market intelligence and competitor analysis.Minimum QualificationsShould have a Cybersecurity Background in Sales and Business Development.A graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Management.At least 5 years work experience as Product/Sales/Business Development Manager, or in a related function/position.With 3 years of experience in a distribution company in the CyberSecurity Industry.Knowledgeable in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).About Transnational Diversified GroupThe Transnational Diversified Group of Companies (TDG) is a globally competitive and progressive business group of highly successful companies engaged in leading industries.
