We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Procurement Manager to oversee the procurement process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and optimizing procurement strategies to ensure cost efficiency and quality standards. Responsibilities:
1. Vendor Management:
a. Identify and evaluate suppliers and other necessary materials.
b. Negotiate contracts to ensure favorable terms, including pricing, delivery, and quality of goods.
c. Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers.
2. Inventory Management:
a. Monitor inventory levels of critical supplies machine parts, and other consumables.
b. Implement efficient inventory management practices to ensure there's no overstocking or stock outs.
c. Schedule regular inventory audits and reconcile inventory with records.
3. Budget Management:
a. Develop and manage the procurement budget.
b. Monitor spending against budget and report on variances.
c. Seek ways to reduce costs through strategic purchasing and efficient use of resources.
4. Compliance and Quality Control:
a. Ensure all procurement activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
b. Implement quality control measures to ensure supplies meet required standards.
c. Handle issues related to supply quality with vendors to ensure resolution.
5. Contract Management:
a. Draft, review, and manage contracts with suppliers.
b. Ensure that all contracts are clear on deliverables, timelines, and penalties for non-compliance.
6. Reporting and Analytics:
a. Prepare and present regular reports on procurement metrics, performance against goals, and opportunities for improvement.
b. Use data analytics to improve procurement strategies and outcomes.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field required;
• Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years broad range experience in procurement and/or supply chain function with at least 3+ years in a managerial position
• Graduate of a four-year course, preferably business related
• Sound ERP and Supplier Relationship Management knowledge
• Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• Excellent Analytical & Reporting skills
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills and ands on knowledge of Procurement and Supply Chain processes
• Excellent understanding of the business, ideally with an in-depth knowledge of customer service operation / Finance processes
• Excellent leadership skills especially in area of remote staff management.
• Excellent negotiation skills- at highest level (capable of representing business in major customer negotiation /complex payment / allocation issues
• Able to establish credibility with internal /external customers able to tackle major customer related issues

Work Experience:
• Procurement or Supply Chain: 5 years (Preferred)
Skills & Certificates:
• Can speak and write in mandarin.
• Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management, with a focus on strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiation.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on achieving results and driving continuous improvement.
• Certification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CPSM, CSCP) is a plus.
Monthly Salary:
• 60,000 - 80,000
• Negotiable based on the applicant's skill set.
