Procurement Associate

Job details: Provide quotations for handled products.Planning and creating marketing activities.Forecast stocks.Achieving the quota of vendors set for the company.Attending conferences, meetings, and events.Checking of report for vendor.Providing reports for the ManagementCollaboration with marketing for vendor's activity.Providing Pricelist and activities for the sales team.Coordinating with HR training team for all sales training from vendors.Cascade and coordinate all end-user promo, drop price, SMI, and sell-out reports of
vendors.
Monitor and minimize aging inventory.Provide help with after-sales issues.Coordinate all necessary info and concerns to vendors and suppliers.Analyze data to provide actions and activities in improving sales.PO Creation.Sending PO to supplier.Monitoring Pick up & Deliveries.Request PO Payment Qualifications: Graduate of 4-year Business Course or Technical CourseAt least Three (3) years of related work experience in the same fieldFamiliar with using MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook
