Procurement Associate

Job details:
• Provide quotations for handled products.
• Planning and creating marketing activities.
• Forecast stocks.
• Achieving the quota of vendors set for the company.
• Attending conferences, meetings, and events.
• Checking of report for vendor.
• Providing reports for the Management
• Collaboration with marketing for vendor's activity.
• Providing Pricelist and activities for the sales team.
• Coordinating with HR training team for all sales training from vendors.
• Cascade and coordinate all end-user promo, drop price, SMI, and sell-out reports of
vendors.
• Monitor and minimize aging inventory.
• Provide help with after-sales issues.
• Coordinate all necessary info and concerns to vendors and suppliers.
• Analyze data to provide actions and activities in improving sales.
• PO Creation.
• Sending PO to supplier.
• Monitoring Pick up & Deliveries.
• Request PO Payment
•
Qualifications:
• Graduate of 4-year Business Course or Technical Course
• At least Three (3) years of related work experience in the same field
• Familiar with using MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook
