PROCESSOR ? SERVICE BILLING (RELIEVER)

 

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any business course such as Finance, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, Math, Computer Science, Statistics

Two-three (2-3) years in Finance or Accounting

Willingness to a 3 ? month employment contract

Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for preparing, encoding and monitoring work orders & making sure that there is accuracy of Service billing.

Ensures all required documents are attached in the

Service Billing within the company-set guidelines and procedures.Attends to Technicians? inquiries and issues related to timekeeping in order to clarify and resolve issues regarding man hours

Encodes daily timecards and miscellaneous expenses of technicians and monitors manhours in order to ensure completeness of supporting documents needed for invoicing\

Coordinates with Sales Admin, Service Advisors CSA, and Service Team Leaders on work orders with incomplete documentation such as Delivery Orders, Formal Service Reports and PO, outstanding core deposits, missing parts requisition, etc. in order to ensure accuracy, completeness, and on-time processing of invoices.
