PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

 

Job Description:
 

Production Supervisor oversees daily operations and manufacturing processes and ensures that production is successful by managing all aspects of it.

 

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible in organizing, monitoring and prioritizing tasks to meet production goals.

Conduct training to newly-hired employees.

Evaluate production efficiency.Maintain the production schedule.

Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.

Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.

Qualifications:
Graduate of Business Administration or any related field.

With at least 1-2 years work experience in a supervisory role.

Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic.

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, leadership and interpersonal skills.

Results oriented and proactive.
