Is currently looking for:
PROCESS ENGINEER

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor production output, plan, and delivery

Assign tasks to personnel in the production

Report results of the processing flow on shift production summaries

Ensures operation of equipment, machine, mold die, and material availability

Provide manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance records

Check and make Production Reports, Check Personnel's Hourly output

Updating of Production Board and Updating the delivery plan of production

Maintain a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points' equipment and resources

Monitor employee attendance

Conduct meetings with any concerned section in the production whenever necessary

Review and Prepare Corrective Action Reports from or to your Department

Conduct time study on each process

Resolves problems by analyzing data and investigating issues, identifying solutions, and recommending action

Setting up and maintaining controls

and documentation proceduresCoordinate with Production Planning in regard with Assembly and Production

Perform Process simulations

Assessing processes and taking measurements

Perform risk assessment

Provide process documentation and operating instructions

Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing reports

Consider environmental impacts or modified products and processes.

Ensures and monitors that EMS is being followed and implemented in your section.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

With at least 1 year of related experience as a Process Engineer.

Proficient in both oral and written communication

Has excellent interpersonal and analytical skills

With a professional demeanor and the ability to think independently

Able to multi-task and work under pressure

REQUIRED SKILLS

Integrity, discipline, and reliable, can work and maintain focus under pressure
