**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Design & maintenance of integrated centralised process and procedure library in the ARIS tool to increase the awareness and understanding of E2E processes
- Ensure quality and timeliness of process collateral in Project engagements
- Provide support and guidance to the business on process and procedure design principles, tools and techniques
- Establishing and monitoring effective relationships with business stakeholders is critical to ensure the successful delivery of the business outcomes.
**JOB QUALIFICATION**
- Sound knowledge of process architecture, linkage between process, systems, roles and products
- High proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, ARIS
- Minimum of 3 years experience in process design / process analysis
- Solid understanding of process and procedure design best practices
- Well-developed Conceptual and Analytical skills
- Team building, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Flexibility - ability to adapt to changes and ad hoc issues
- Prioritisation - ability to prioritise projects and daily tasks
- Interpretation & analytical skills to translate business policies for the wider group
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Able to identify and implement creative solutions
- Relationship building and making communicative recommendations
- Customer focus - this role involves consideration of the best possible solution for both internal and external clients
