Its primary businesses are retail banking, direct banking, commercial banking, investment banking, asset management, digital banking and insurance services.**JOB DESCRIPTION**- Design & maintenance of integrated centralised process and procedure library in the ARIS tool to increase the awareness and understanding of E2E processes- Ensure quality and timeliness of process collateral in Project engagements- Provide support and guidance to the business on process and procedure design principles, tools and techniques- Establishing and monitoring effective relationships with business stakeholders is critical to ensure the successful delivery of the business outcomes.**JOB QUALIFICATION**- Sound knowledge of process architecture, linkage between process, systems, roles and products- High proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, ARIS- Minimum of 3 years experience in process design / process analysis- Solid understanding of process and procedure design best practices- Well-developed Conceptual and Analytical skills- Team building, negotiation and conflict resolution skills- Flexibility - ability to adapt to changes and ad hoc issues- Prioritisation - ability to prioritise projects and daily tasks- Interpretation & analytical skills to translate business policies for the wider group- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal- Able to identify and implement creative solutions- Relationship building and making communicative recommendations- Customer focus - this role involves consideration of the best possible solution for both internal and external clients**ACTIVE DATES**Until March 30, 2019
