In your new role you will: Work with design engineering to learn the test requirements of new products and technologies, develop DfT plan, develop the test packages and processes required for high volume manufacturing test.
Responsible for test package development: test hardware and software,new product characterization, pre-production and qualification testing.
Work with ATE vendors to improve existing test systems and/or develop new ones that can test our devices more efficiently and cost effectively, evaluate and introduce new ATE instruments for improved cost and efficiency Work with assembly test sites to ensure correct procedures are followed and that test equipment is well maintained and calibrated to national standards Some international travel may be required for training, product transfers and release.
You are best equipped for this task if you have: BSEE, or equivalent years of experience More than ten years experience dealing with advanced ATE applications related to Power ICs and Power devices Experience with Teradyne ETS-364b and ETS-800 test platforms preferred.
Knowledgeable in all electrical characteristics of ICs and Power MOSFETs Working knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing (Wafer Fab and assembly) Solid knowledge of device physics and basic understanding of IC reliability Proficient with schematic capture software for optimized hardware solutions, Cadence Allegro experience desirable Sound test-programming skills and experience programming in C / C++,Vbasic, embedded programming, LabVIEW and script languages Hands-on experience making bench electrical measurements using signal generators, oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers, including bench test automation Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and ability to make presentations to management) Strong driver (assertive and results/goal oriented) Team player with good interpersonal skills (ability to work efficiently with multi-functional groups) Our offer in Malacca Wide range of training offers & planning of career development International assignments Different career paths: Project Management, Technical Ladder, Management & Individual Contributor Exempt working hours are flexible within core hours (9am-12pm & 2pm- 5.15pm) Home office options for certain tasks or due to personal circumstances.
