Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and produce engaging written content such as press releases, articles, blog posts, newsletters, and social media updates.Ensure all content aligns with the brand voice and key messaging.Manage content calendars and ensure timely distribution of PR materials.Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers.Pitch stories to the media and handle press inquiries.Monitor media coverage and track public perception.Organize and coordinate events, including product launches, press conferences, corporate meetings, and other promotional activities.Manage event logistics such as venue selection, vendor coordination, budgeting, and scheduling.Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure alignment of events with the company's brand and objectives.Assist in managing communication during crises to protect the company's image.Prepare statements and respond to media during critical situations.Work closely with the marketing, social media, and design teams to integrate PR content with broader campaigns.Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for event management, PR campaigns, and media outreach.Monitor media coverage and public perception of the brand.Prepare reports and presentations on PR performance and event outcomes.Analyze the effectiveness of PR campaigns and events to recommend improvements. Qualifications, Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.Experience in hospitality industry (Restaurants, Hotels, Cafes, Bars, and Bistros).Experience in event management .Knowledgeable in Social Media Management (Meta and Tiktok).Knowledgeable in Digital Marketing (Google Analytics, Website, Online Distribution Channels).Experienced in public/ media relations, partnership, and sponsorships.Knowledgeable in editing tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, Capcut).Capable of generating copies and PR articles.
