Plumber

JOB PURPOSE

Main responsibilities: Inspecting plumbing systems to identify issues and troubleshoot problems. Locating and repairing leaks in pipes and fixtures. Clearing clogged drains and sewer lines. Installing and replacing sinks, faucets, toilets, and other plumbing fixtures.

Specific Duties: Maintaining plumbing system and fixtures of all warehouses and properties.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• In-charge of all plumbing works in all property sites
• Inspects regularly the water line and drainage system
• Maintains water closet and lavatory working properly
• Repair leaks in pipes and fixtures
• Clearing of clogged drains and sewer lines
• Installation and replacing of plumbing fixtures
• Not only having a masonry skill, can do also work like carpentry or tinsmith works


QUALIFICATIONS

General Specification

Education:

Specialized Skills: Plumbing and have additional skills like carpentry or tinsmith skills

Experience: 1 year or more


Competency Specification

Knowledge: Plumbing works

Soft Skills: Carpentry or Tinsmith works

Technical Skills:

Attitude: Able to work without supervision
