Plastic Injection/Mold Supervisor

PLASTIC INJECTION / MOLD SUPERVISOR

 

Qualifications:
Graduate of Engineering course

W/ experience in Mold & Machine Setting processes is a must

At least 3-5 years? experience in manufacturing company

Must have experience in Supervising medium size of group

Duties & Responsibilities:
set-up.Determine reasons for machine malfunctions

Arrange machine repair schedule

Reviews production schedules and work orders, and assign duties to workers according to order priorities.

Examines molded products from each machine to verify conformance to specification

Conducts training of new employees in machine operation

Supervising, monitoring and guiding Mold Staff, Checker, Loader and Setters.

Prepare reports daily, weekly, and monthly.
