Plant Supervisor

With a minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience involving sewage treatment and reclaimed water facilities or other similar position.Take in charge of the overall preventive maintenance planning execution of maintenance plan and record keeping of documentsInitiate Plant Continuous improvement by conducting workshops that will impact to productivity, quality, safety and cost and do recommendations to the immediate head.Ensure compliance of the Plant to environmental regulations, ECC conditions , safety and health, 5'S as well as compliance of plant personnel to company policy.Must ensure quality assurance of treatment by maintaining the set process parameters and frequent monitoring of waste of water water treatment test result.Coordinate with external supplier and contractors on the requisition and requirements of parts needed for the Operation of the plant.
