Duties and Responsibilities:1. Formulates and evaluates policies and procedures governing teaching and non-teaching personnel, such as: hiring, staffing, transfers and promotions and lay-off, or any administrative action to be taken;2.Maintains employment records and personal file of all non-teaching and teaching personnel;3.Supervises the annual evaluation of the concerned staff;4.Reviews school administration policies to ensure that all labor and social legislation are complied with;5.monitors the attendance of the staff;6.Submits semestral and annual report to the School Director; and7.Does other related work as may be assigned by the School Director. Qualifications :1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business, Psychology or a related field and with MBA major in Human Resource Management.2. 3-5 years experience as HS Officer of similar HR role with knowledge of HR functions such as pay and benefits, recruitment, job evaluation, training and development. with excellent knowledge on labor laws.3. With good communication and interpersonal skills.4. Proficient in MS Office 5. Preferably with MBA or a CHRP
