Planning Officer

PLANNING OFFICER

Brief Description

· Develops rolling category demand forecast at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons.

· Executes policies supporting the demand forecasting process.

· Implements rules and leads handling of exceptions caused by significant, unexpected events.

· Leads gap planning for the category and provides recommendations for Manager's approval, as needed.

· Analyzes risks to supply and demand variability, identifies opportunities to manage and mitigate risks within category assignment.

· Implements rules for product prioritization plans to maximize profit. Identify opportunities for improvement to optimize cost.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Statistics, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

· Proven experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain management.

· Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on continuous improvement.



Salary Range: Php 20, 000.00

Work Schedule: 8am to 5pm (Monday to Saturday)
