PHRN/USRN QA Manager (Healthcare Account)
Location: Ortigas, Metro Manila
Salary: PHP 100,000 - 150,000 (Depending on Experience and Last Pay)
Shift: Graveyard Shift (Night Shift)
We are looking for a dynamic QA Manager with a strong background in healthcare and quality assurance in a BPO setting.
If you have a PHRN or USRN license and at least 4-5 years of experience in quality management, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Quality Assurance (QA) function for the Healthcare BPO account.
Develop and implement QA strategies and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Conduct regular audits, assessments, and provide feedback to teams for continuous improvement.
Work closely with the operations team to maintain high service levels and client satisfaction.
Analyze performance metrics and provide data-driven insights for process optimization.
Ensure adherence to client-specific requirements and best practices in healthcare services.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Qualifications:
Must possess a valid PHRN or USRN license.
At least 4-5 years of experience as a QA Manager in a Healthcare account in the BPO industry.
Strong knowledge of healthcare BPO operations, processes, and compliance standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Willing to work onsite in Ortigas and amenable to a graveyard shift.
Can start immediately.
