OPERATIONS MANAGER

 

Job Description:
Manage all aspects of marketing operations, project and people management in order to ensure client/campaign satisfaction

Monitor business activities and performance internally and externally.

Monitor and track key performance indicators of the campaign and internal manpower agency.

Analyze data, assess trends and determine actions to optimize performance.

Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the data.

Provide reports for management.

Manage and enhance relationships with clients.

Understand and monitor the costs of marketing activities.

Manage the marketing budget.

Coordinate various ad campaigns, events and other related activities.

Qualifications:
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising. or any related field

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Marketing Operations Manager or similar role.

Experience with reporting and analytics and proficiency in MS Office

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills with ability to prioritize tasks.

Strong organizational skills and highly developed attention to detail

Strong multitasking skills, strong analytical skills and strong presentation skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
