Phrn Clinical Trainer (Dumaguete City)

This role is an open-end contract position with a hybrid work setup. Please apply only if you are amenable to these terms.The Clinical Trainer is responsible for developing and delivering training programs to onboarding nurses and other contractors joining the company, collaborating with subject matter experts to design curriculum, develop training materials, and conduct training sessions. They will also assess training effectiveness and provide ongoing support to enhance clinical competencies.Qualifications:Must have an active PHRN license.At least 1 year work experience as a Utilization Reviewer.Clinical experience, preferably in a hospital setting.Knowledge of HIPAA and US medical insurance is a plus.Experience in designing and delivering training programs in a BPO setting.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Hospital: 1 year (Preferred)Training Development: 1 year (Preferred)Training Delivery: 1 year (Required)Utilization Review: 1 year (Required)
