WORK SCHEDULE: Shifting Schedule (including Weekends) and may work during holidays

- Must be an Associate / Vocational or College / Undergraduate or Graduate
- Must have at least 2 years of Quality Analyst Supervisory experience in handling any account of a BPO company
- Must be proficient in English
