Job Description
Review and interpret account and payment information from spreadsheets.
Contact creditors via phone, email, or other communication channels to discuss account details and payment arrangements.
Provide clear and accurate payment instructions to creditors based on spreadsheet data.
Ensure all communications and transactions are documented accurately.
Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues related to accounts payable.
Maintain up-to-date records of all creditor communications and payment activities.


Qualifications
Proven experience in an accounts payable or similar finance role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet software.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data interpretation and communication.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex situations.
