Role Expectations
o Ensure that services are delivered according to SLA's; monitor, report and analyze KPI's regarding
service excellence and customer satisfaction
o Demonstrate and apply expertise in local regulatory laws & best practices.
o Apply process knowledge to eliminate manual processes and reduce overall processing time.
o Adhere to defined service level agreements and statutory requirements, ensuring accurate payroll
delivery every month.
o Enable processes to complete quality checks for accuracy by establishing accuracy standards
o Seek feedback from customers and respond to any appreciation, concerns, complaints
o Build team competency in the HR domain related to the work that is being performed.
o Ensure a positive environment and retain exceptional performers
o Handling QC of Payroll inputs, Payroll processing & verification.
o Processing Payroll / Reimbursement Full & Final Settlement through a Tech enabled platform
o Ensuring Daily, weekly and monthly Activities are delivered on time and with 100% accuracy
o Ensuring all customer queries are responded to within SLAs defined and agreed
o Updating and publishing Day to Day activity report to the stakeholders
o Preparation of MIS reports for clients and Management

Competencies
o Thorough knowledge of Payroll process and statutory obligations of Philippines
o Accuracy and attention to detail
o Decision making and Problem solving
o Ability to manage a team's performance and deliverables
o Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
o Excellent in using Excel with advanced features, accuracy and speed
o Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
o Proficient with MS Office and extremely Tech savvy.
