Job Title: Community Administrative Assistant
Location: Remote (Philippines)

Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Assistant with at least 3 years of experience to support our growing community of pilots. This role involves customer service, content management, and marketing support, making you a vital part of our team. You will assist community members with their job search, manage help desk inquiries, and repurpose content for new marketing campaigns.
Primary Responsibilities: Pilot Job Search Support: Research and identify both military and civilian job opportunities for community members. Customer Service: Handle help desk tickets, resolve member inquiries (e.g., login issues, subscription tracking). Content Repurposing: Use AI tools (e.g., Vizard.ai, Gemini's Notebook LM) to transform videos, blog articles, and other content into new formats for marketing purposes. WordPress Management: Maintain and update the company website using WordPress.Requirements: Experience: At least 2 years in customer service, content management, or administrative roles. Skills and Knowledge: Strong content creation and community engagement experience. Knowledge of email marketing and digital advertising. Ability to repurpose long-form content into various formats for marketing. SEO optimization and experience managing wiki-style content. Expertise in developing member retention strategies. Experience with onboarding processes and coaching programs. Data entry and website management skills. Experience tracking analytics and providing regular updates.
