Job Description:

Investagrams is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to work from home in Davao City, Philippines. As a part-time Associate Level Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the company's executives and ensuring the smooth operation of their daily activities.

Responsibilities:
- Manage executives' calendars and schedule appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
- Conduct research and compile information as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls
- Assist with personal tasks and errands as required
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Hardworking and adaptable personality traits
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
