Job Description:

Puregold Price Club Inc. is seeking a dedicated and resilient Account Support Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. This is a work-from-home opportunity based in Davao City, Davao, PH.

Responsibilities:
1. Provide exceptional customer service and support to key accounts.
2. Manage and maintain client relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
3. Assist with account inquiries, issue resolution, and order processing.
4. Conduct analysis and make data-driven decisions to support account management strategies.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account operations.
6. Participate in corporate social responsibility initiatives to give back to the community.

Requirements:
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in account support or a related field.
2. Strong analytical skills and the ability to make sound decisions.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
