Job Description:
1Export is seeking a passionate and confident Personal Assistant to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, PH. As a part-time Associate Level Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our executives and assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Managing executives' calendars and scheduling appointments
- Arranging travel and accommodations
- Handling correspondence and communication on behalf of executives
- Conducting research and compiling information for reports and presentations
- Assisting with project management and coordination
- Handling confidential information with discretion
- Providing general administrative support as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Passionate and confident personality traits
- Strong negotiation and research skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
