Duties and Responsibilities Performance Marketing Strategy, Channels & Budgets: Develop and oversee overall performance marketing strategy & budget allocation to channelsCreate and manage Google Ad campaigns. (SEM)Create and manage meta campaigns. (Paid Social)Work with fabulous in-house creative team to create digital assets in performance marketing channelsRegularly review and optimize all advertising campaigns for positive ROAS, focus on customer acquisitionRegularly review multi-channel analytics reports (Search, Social, Ads, Email, Website) create and implement optimization action plansConduct regular conversion rate optimization audits and execute A/B tests, and user testing/feedback to improve conversion rates across the brands' digital channels and assets.Grow the performance marketing team as the business growsMeasurement & Analytics: Establish rigorous testing programs across all channels to support online trade and customer acquisition.Use data-led insights to inform digital strategy and performanceExecute test and learn strategy to understand key drivers of the businessGenerate weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting to gain insights and learnings from holistic business goals to granular activity reportingMaintain accuracy of all performance marketing tracking and reporting with tech supportCollaboration: Collaborate with the e-Commerce team in pushing sales, driving focus categories traffic, acquisition, and conversion from performance marketing channelsCollaborate with the brand marketing team on brand, content in multi-channels touchpoints to ensure efficient ROAS and consistencyCollaborate with Category Management to ensure brands, offers, categories are clearly visible and attractive in performance marketing channelsThe ideal candidate will:
Be hands-on with feed optimization or work with teams/third parties in feed setting and production.Have substantial experience in Pmax campaign optimization, including testing, daily monitoring, and improvement.Have spent a larger proportion of Google Ads budget on Pmax compared to other campaigns, and be able to articulate how they set up, improved, and tested Pmax campaigns to achieve higher ROAS.Qualifications At least 3 years of performance marketing experience in Google/Meta, either from the seller side or agency side.Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and tracking platforms, such as Ads Manager and GA4.Extensive experience in optimizing Google Feeds and Google Performance Max (Pmax) campaigns to chase higher ROI, particularly with multiple SKUs.Experience working with multiple SKUs, in the fashion apparel or consumer lifestyle sector, is a plus.Experience in a fast growth phase business is a plus.Skills/Knowledge/Abilities Strong understanding of web analytics, conversion tracking, and performance measurement.Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple testing projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.High attention to numbers and a hunger for growth.Self-motivated and driven to change.Comfortable with hands-on execution – ads campaign/ads set setup, creative asset creation with the team, nonstop optimization.Tertiary qualified with a relevant degree or significant performance marketing spend experience.
