As our Performance Marketing Manager, you will lead the strategy and execution of our paid marketing efforts across multiple digital channels. You'll be responsible for driving acquisition, improving customer retention, and maximizing the effectiveness of every marketing dollar spent. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our campaigns are aligned with business objectives and deliver consistent results. What you'll do: Develop and Implement Performance Marketing Strategies: Lead the planning and execution of data-driven performance marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more.Drive Customer Acquisition and Growth: Execute campaigns that drive new customer acquisition, engagement, and retention, ensuring all campaigns are optimized for maximum efficiency and impact.Own End-to-End Campaign Management: From strategy development to execution, testing, and optimization, manage the entire lifecycle of digital marketing campaigns.Budget and ROAS Optimization: Manage and optimize the marketing budget across channels to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) and customer lifetime value (CLV).Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Analyze the customer journey and optimize funnels and landing pages to improve conversion rates and drive campaign efficiency.Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance across key metrics (e.g., conversion rates) with a strong focus on making data-driven decisions.Fast Iteration: Continuously test and iterate on ad creatives, targeting, bidding strategies, and landing pages to improve performance and scalability.Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with content, design, product, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with brand guidelines and business goals.Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Keep up to date with digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure the company stays ahead of the competition.What we're looking for: Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, or similar role, with a track record of managing successful paid campaigns across multiple digital channels.Deep knowledge of paid search, paid social, programmatic advertising, and affiliate marketing.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, generate insights, and make strategic recommendations.Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant advertising platforms.Experience managing budgets and driving growth while optimizing for performance metrics like CPA, CAC, and ROAS.Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.Experience with e-commerce or subscription-based business models is a plus.Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other digital marketing certifications are preferred.A plus for the following: A data-driven mindset with a strong focus on results.Innovative and creative problem-solving skills with a passion for testing and experimentation.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple campaigns and priorities.Why Join Us?
