As we continue to grow, we're looking for a dynamic Performance Marketing Head to join our leadership team and lead our performance marketing department to new heights.
The Role:As the Performance Marketing Head, you will be a key driver of impact, change, and strategic direction within our marketing department. Reporting directly to the CEO and collaborating with the leadership team, you will spearhead high-impact projects and initiatives that align with OOm's mission and business objectives.
What You'll Do:Drive Strategic Innovation: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. Implement these strategies to maintain our competitive edge.Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of performance marketing executives.
