People Apprenticeship Intern (Intern Recruitment Handling)

Position Overview:

The People Apprenticeship Intern is exposed in various facets of Human Resources with focus in Intern Recruitment and Internship Management.
The role primarily involves intern recruitment handling including virtual lobby management, onboarding, contract renewal, offboarding, database management, and other ad hoc tasks.
Intern Recruitment Handling

Processing and Tracking
? Facilitates Virtual Lobbies
? Monitors progress and accomplishment of intern applicants in all the necessary forms and
assessments needed in the Virtual Lobby
? Communicates with intern applicants by conducting over the phone invites and cold calls
? Monitors applicants' progress throughout the hiring process
? Creates and endorses documents needed
? Organizes interview schedules through calendar invites and collates feedback afterwards
? Provides updates and addresses concerns of intern applicants all throughout the hiring
process

Interviews and Assessments
? Conducts initial interviews of intern applicants
? Administers role-based assessments
? Attends interviews conducted by leaders

Intern Onboarding
? Drafts internship or trainee agreements
? Communicate with the onboarding interns regarding all details of the internship or trainee agreements

Intern Database and 201 File Management
? Collects and consolidates pre-application files of intern applicants needed in the hiring
process
? Updates trackers and files of support recruitment team
? Maintains and organizes active interns' 201 Files
? Updates intern masterlist

Additional Duties:
? Assists the People Apprenticeship team in other clerical/administrative tasks
? Generates reports, assists, and performs other official work as instructed by the VP People
