Hr Total Rewards Lead

The Total Rewards Lead will manage the Total Rewards and Engagement initiatives of ULSSI. He/She will be responsible for designing and deploying Total Rewards & Engagement programs to support talent attraction and retention strategies of the organization.
Key Responsibilities & Tasks: In charge of the design and implementation of compensation & rewards program within the organization, ensuring internal & external equity.Facilitates the processing and approval of total rewards items due to the employees such as profit sharing, promotion planning, special allowances implementation, loans applications, and other day-to-day total rewards inquiries.Be the subject matter expert in Total Rewards design and delivery, able to apply expert knowledge, methodologies/techniques, prevalent and emerging market trends, best practices, and relevant laws and regulations.Regularly prepares analytics and dashboard for HR used as an anchor to ensure data-driven decision making and insight to the creation of various HR programs.Qualifications: With at least 5 years of experience in a related work experience, specifically handling Compensation and Rewards in medium to large scale organizations.With strong analytics and quantitative skills in order to analyze data, identify trends and make recommendations.Very knowledgeable on compensation and rewards best practices, and applicable laws and regulations.
