Payroll Assistant

Responsibilities

Prepares payroll calculations which include salaries, benefits, bonuses, and other compensation for employees.
Handles the processing of company loans of employees.
Prepares and processes RTC/Sales incentives for employees.
Handles the posting of newly hired employees in the payroll system.
Processes the retro computation of salaries and other related compensation of employees.
Prepares and processes the separation pay / last day computation of resigned employees.
Prepares bank reports for all employees with salary hold and unliquidated cash advance.
Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications

Graduate of any 4- year Business Management Course, IT or Office Management Course.
Must be computer literate ( excel
- lookup/ pivoting).
Fresh graduates with good credentials are welcome to apply!
