Partnerships Specialist -Livestreaming (Skintific Ph)

As a Partnerships Specialist, you will be responsible for driving TikTok Live streaming events and working with agencies and influencers to create effective marketing campaigns with the brand.

Key Responsibilities: Campaign Strategy and Planning: Create and implement marketing strategies, working with influencers and agencies to produce a seamless campaign from start to finish. Manage relationships with influencers, agencies, and other external stakeholders to help plan and execute TikTok Live streaming cooperation.Audience Growth and Engagement: Use marketing strategies to boost audience engagement, viewership, and follower base during live events.Content Optimization: Collaborate with content teams and influencers to ensure that live sessions are optimized for maximum impact, with a focus on content relevance, timing, and audience engagement.Qualifications: Fresh Graduate to Mid-Level ExperienceEducation: Bachelor's degree and above. No strict limitation about the major, but prefer major of Marketing, Communications, Digital Media.Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, especially if they have relevant internship experience in digital marketing, social media, or influencer campaigns.Mid-level candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, influencer marketing. Prefer candidate who has experience in relevant agency/MCN working experience of handling TikTok live streaming with influencers/KOL.Excellent communication and negotiation skills for working with influencers and agencies.Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
