We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team at Park Services, a nature reserve and recreational facility located in Greater Lagro, Quezon City. As a Park Services Assistant, you will play a vital role in promoting eco-tourism, preserving the natural environment, and preserving cultural heritage.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage bookings and reservations for our eco-friendly facilities and amenities, promoting responsible tourism practices
Provide orientation to tourists and visitors, emphasizing the importance of environmental conservation and cultural sensitivity
Implement health and safety protocols to ensure the well-being of visitors and protection of the environment
Monitor and maintain facilities and amenities, ensuring that they are clean, safe, and environmentally friendly
Collaborate with park rangers and other staff members to develop and implement programs that promote environmental education, cultural awareness, and sustainable tourism practices
Participate in events and activities that promote eco-tourism, such as guided tours, workshops, and festivals
Requirements:

Completed Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Ecology, Anthropology, Tourism Management, or a related field
At least 6 months of relevant work experience in environmental conservation, recreation, tourism, or cultural heritage management
Strong understanding of environmental principles and practices
Excellent customer service management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
Passion for promoting eco-tourism, environmental conservation, and cultural heritage
