We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Residential Appeal Specialist. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting our clients through the residential appeal process. This position requires a strong ability to manage a high volume of data, conduct thorough research, and assist in the preparation of legal documents. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.

Responsibilities:
Docketing and Scheduling: Manage the docketing of upcoming residential appeals, ensuring that all deadlines are tracked and met.
Research: Conduct in-depth research to gather information necessary to support client appeal filings, including legal precedents and relevant case law.
Document Preparation: Assist in drafting, reviewing, and finalizing legal documents related to residential appeals.
Fact Investigation: Investigate and analyze facts to substantiate client appeals, ensuring that all information is accurate and complete.
Data Management: Record, store, and manage client information securely, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and accurate.
General Support: Perform other tasks and projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility in handling new assignments and shifting priorities.

Qualifications:
Prior experience in high-volume data entry and data analysis, with a strong focus on accuracy and detail.
Ability to analyze data to identify and correct errors, ensuring that all information is accurate and reliable.
Proven ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Willingness to take on new tasks and adapt to changing priorities as needed.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Experience:
Previous experience in a legal or real estate environment is a plus.
Familiarity with the residential appeal process or similar regulatory processes.
