Legal Counsel - Real Estate Management

Qualifications: Candidate must be a degree holder in Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) or Juris Doctor (J.D.) Member in good standing of the Philippine Bar. Knowledgeable in Corporate Law, Debt collection laws and practices, and DOLE requirements and rulings. Amenable to work at Southwoods, Biñan, Laguna Duties and Responsibilities: Assist in providing strategic legal advice, opinions and guidance to senior management and various departments on a wide range of legal issues related to business operations, policies, contracts and employment. Draft, review and negotiate various agreements and contracts while ensuring compliance with group policies and applicable laws and regulations. Advise, monitor, and assignment in positions involved in regulatory compliance including regulations relating to data privacy, SEC, DOLE, DENR, and DHSUD. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php70,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
