SALARY RANGE: ?30,000 - ?42,000 Took up Law and Legal ManagementPreferably with 2-3 years of experience in Legal DepartmentMust have strong IT skills in MS Office, with good attention to detail, methodical and highly organizedAbility to keep confidential information is a must.Preferred to obtain some legal backgroundResponsible for the timely, accurate and efficient management of both corporate documents (Board Resolution, Secretary's Cert and the like) and the corporate manual (Integrated Management System), ensuring that control, management and traceability are maintained.Implement and maintain document control processes and proceduresReports to the Head of Legal and Compliance, and is expected to closely interact with all employees on matters pertaining to the Corporate Integrated Management System (IMS)
