Corporate In-House Counsel

Job Summary:
Responsible for monitoring and performing all legal affairs activities within his/her assigned area of expertise. The main responsibility is to file cases, attend hearings, and present in court on behalf of the company.

Job Description:
1. Manage all phases of the litigation.
2. Attend all types of hearings as may be required by the Company.
3. Responsible for initial case investigation, drafting pleadings, motions, etc.
4. Provide legal support to the various internal departments.
5. Work with other in-house counsels and outside counsels, as required.
6. Taking pre-emptive measures to avoid legal risks and conflicts.
7. Handle labor, criminal, and admin cases.


Minimum Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor qualified to practice law.
2. At least 3 years of legal work experience
3. Specialized in criminal law.
4. Law firm experience as well as company working experience is a must.
5. With outstanding scholastic and/or extracurricular achievements will also have an advantage.
