Painting Line Supervisor

The Painting Line Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the operations of the painting line within a manufacturing facility specializing in wooden doors, casings, jambs, modular cabinets, and closets.
The role ensures production targets are met while maintaining high-quality standards, efficient processes, and compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
This position involves managing a team, coordinating resources, and optimizing painting line productivity.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in manufacturing, engineering, or related fields is an advantage.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in painting operations, preferably in wooden furniture or fixtures manufacturing.
Expertise in various painting methods, including spraying and hand-applied finishes.
Skills:
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Proficient in interpreting product specifications and technical drawings.
Familiarity with safety and environmental standards related to painting processes.
Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.
