Corporate Specialist

* Measure and maintain global quality metrics through executive dashboards and reports
* Develop templates from initial technical design through to implementation
* Liaising with internal clients, taking briefs and taking responsibility on accurately and delivery of work on-time
* Follow standards for branded materials such as internally produced covers, brochures and standard graphics for use in presentations
* Manage own workflow of incoming work and support other team members where necessary
* Work closely with the internal client/team in a professional and helpful manner at all time
* Ensure a smooth hand-over of work where applicable
* Procuring, verifying and monitoring the information for all kinds of corporate actions transactions and payments based on the information from the bank's internal and external data providers
