Sales - Outbound (Call Centre & Customer Service)
Tech Care is seeking an Outbound Sales Specialist who is motivated by results and possesses excellent interpersonal skills to reach out to and engage with potential customers proactively. 
Your role would involve providing comprehensive and appropriate solutions to every customer in the healthcare and legal industry, to drive revenue growth, increase customer acquisition rates, and improve profitability.
Responsibilities: Reach out to customer leads through cold calling Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule Analyze the market's potential, track sales, and status reports Continuously improve through feedback  Requirements and skills Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs Relationship management skills and openness to feedback Bachelor's degree in business or a related field Job Type: Full-Time | 8-hour shift Job Schedule: Night Shift (US Pacific Standard Time) Location: Salary Type: Base salary plus commission Your application will include the following questions: How many years' experience do you have as a Lead Generation Specialist?
