Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or any related fieldProficient in MS Office applications, especially MS ExcelWith good interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)With minimum of 2 years of experience in data management and analysis.2 years experience in ensuring accurate monitoring of policy transfers and identification of areas for improvementProven experience in coordinating with relevant stakeholders to facilitate smooth execution of operational tasks.Preferably with insurance policies and procedures, particularly in the context of orphan policies and transfer of business processesAbility to collaborate with cross-functional teamsDetail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and quality assurance in tasksPrior experience with automated systems or software for managing policy transfers is a plus JOB DESCRIPTION:
The role is responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of interim orphan adoption activities across all Retail Distribution channels, until the implementation of fully automated monthly transfer of business process. This also entails direct coordination with the Distribution Campaigns Execution team, RD Channel PICs, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure the effective and efficient adoption of orphan policies, thereby reducing orphan ratio and enhancing customer satisfaction within the Retail Distribution channels.
Ensure timely delivery of email and SMS communications to both distributor and policy owners on the processed transfer of business (TOB). This will ensure that customer will be aware of their new distributor and vise-versa.Ensure timely delivery of expected work outputs, as assigned by Orphan Management Lead, including but not limited to: sending of orphan lists to Sales Managers/Branch Heads, assignment of new servicing distributor, Orphan policy cleanup, regular tracking and monitoring of transferred policies and failed transfers, and sending of manual TOB requests to Licensing team.Work closely with the project manager on all aspects of the project.Regularly review work processes for areas of improvement.Monitor and report on progress towards achievement of project plans and strategies.Establish and maintain active and constructive collaboration with other stakeholders involved in the project.
