JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Ordering/Data Analyst helps in analyzing brand sales data and making recommendations on ordering to ensure stable and profitable sales. They will also deal with suppliers, collect their data and follow up with them to solve issues. They also serve as assistants to the US Managers, ensuring the US team gets all the information they needed.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Use Excel workbooks to analyze data based on specific rules for the brand
Problem solve by monitoring dashboards and communicating with US Team on potential solutions
Prospects potential brands and services online
Communicate with US and Philippine team to ensure orders are placed smoothly
Collects, gather, and analyzes necessary data to get the brand successfully on-boarded
Works and collaborates with other departments to ensure the brand is successful
Liaise between suppliers and the corresponding operations department
Assists managers with marketing campaigns and promotions
Schedules meetings and appointments between clients and
the US Managers.Delivers other projects assigned by the US team
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
Good at data entry and data analysis
Good written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Ability to multitask
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel formulas, functions, and shortcuts is an advantage
Must be adaptable and capable of observing frequent changes in internal and client procedures
Must be able to work with mínimal supervision
Good knowledge of how to use the computer and navigate the internet
Great contributor even on matters outside his/her scope
Willing to work mid-shift
Willing to work onsite
Willing to work in graveyard shift during peak season if necessary
CEBU CITY applicant:
Must reside within the city of Cebu, Talisay or Mandaue City, else willing to relocate.
BAYBAY LEYTE applicant:
Must reside within Baybay City, Leyte, else willing to relocate.
