The Opportunity
An experienced Oracle SCM Consultant – to join NRI's Oracle practice. Reporting to NRI's Oracle Practice Lead, you will be part of an Agile delivery team who will work on various projects delivering Oracle SCM services to our customers. Working in a hybrid environment with flexibility, you will enjoy working with a talented and experienced team on challenging and rewarding projects.You will have the opportunity to develop new skills, undertake Oracle L&D, and obtain Oracle certifications. Within NRI's Oracle team, you will share your knowledge and contribute to the development of our capability, IP, and go-to-market solutions.You will work on a variety of projects, including consulting projects where you will provide advisory services to our customers; and SCM and Manufacturing business transformation projects where we design, build, and implement Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM solutions to enable business value realization.Your role will involve eliciting business process requirements using effective engagement techniques, including designing, leading, and facilitating workshops with customer stakeholders to understand and clarify business issues and work on design and implementation solutions for business needs.Design and implement enhanced business systems by providing accurate information about business needs, priorities, and adopting contemporary analysis best-practice methodologies and processes.Prepare a broad range of documentation through the program lifecycle to meet governance and design requirements.Manage and develop stakeholder relationships through effective communication, negotiation, and issues management to ensure project deliverables are met.Provide leadership for solution design and team members; and effectively manage operational issues to ensure continuous effective service delivery and a performance-based, innovative, responsive, and accountable customer-focused work culture.Desired Experience With more than 8 years of relevant experience, you will have worked on one or more Oracle Fusion SCM implementation projects in a Lead Role; and are an expert in Oracle Fusion SCM modules including Inventory Management, Order Management, Cost Management, and Supply Chain Planning and Maintenance.You have one or more Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications.Extensive experience in managing the review, analyses, and design of SCM business processes and services for customers operating in various industries. This includes demonstrated experience in improving business performance by adopting innovative business analysis solutions.Experience in the design and implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM with the ability to design and implement creative solutions to meet business requirements.You are a team player who can work in an agile environment and has experience working with distributed teams (including onshore/offshore models).
