Directly reporting to project supervisor
Responsible in monitoring the warehouse distributions and operations per shift
Responsible in ensuring sufficient handling units are available for the warehousing requirements for all its finish goods/packing material form
Production area to warehouse, vice-versa
Warehouse to loading bays, vice-versa
Deliveries to backload warehouse, vice-versa
Conducts ocular inspections of the warehouse area everyday and prepare and submit to the project supervisor of SMYPC-SMYGP his observations by properly accomplishing the warehouse housekeeping checklist (this serve as the good manufacturing practice or GMP)
Responsible for the issuance of delivery receipts
Ascertains the first in first out system on FG/PM are applied by checking the store out check list vs. actual
Shall be responsible in good manufacturing practice inside and outside the warehouse
In-charge when project supervisor is not around
Ensuring the completeness of manning per shift
Ensures the standard operating procedures are implement at all times
Meets warehouse standard operating procedure by contributing warehouse information to strategic plans , reviews and applications; implementing productivity, quality and customer service standards; resolving problem; identifying warehouse system improvement
Check the accuracy of production log sheets, MRF'S and other documents that are fundamentals to avoid FG/PM variances from time to time
Ensure all documents, paper works are properly accomplished managed and accounted
Cascade operation update, warehouse status and delivery schedule on daily toolbox meeting
Perform other related duties as required and assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
College degree, preferably management, business or engineering
At least 2 years experience in logistics, warehousing and operations
