Operations Manager - Qc - 50K To 80K Salary

Position Overview:
The Operations Manager will play a crucial role in managing our distribution and supply chain
operations, ensuring that all logistics run smoothly, efficiently, and cost-effectively. Reporting to the
General Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing workflows, managing teams, and driving
operational success across the board.

Key Responsibilities:
? Lead daily operations across the distribution network, ensuring timely, efficient, and cost-
effective delivery of goods.
? Manage and improve supply chain processes, ensuring optimal inventory management,
shipping, and receiving procedures.
? Implement EOS-based systems and processes to improve operational efficiency, accountability,
and alignment.
? Collaborate with the leadership team to align operations with company goals and ensure key
metrics are met.
? Monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to enhance productivity.
? Drive continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring that the company stays ahead in the
distribution industry.
? Oversee and mentor operations staff, ensuring a high level of engagement, performance, and
professional growth.
? Manage vendor relationships, logistics partnerships, and ensure compliance with all industry
standards and regulations.
