Qualifications:
A graduate of Operations management or other related Business Course

5-year experience as Operations Manager

Must have experience handling branches situated in malls

Effective in communication skills both verbal and written

Excellent People interaction skills

A deep understanding of financial management including profit and loss is a plus

 

Responsibilities:
Coordinates daily business operations.

Participate in long-term planning.

Assesses and analyzes branch budgets.

Motivate employees to perform at their best in partnership with HR Department.

Reports overall performance and improvements to General Manager.

Makes strategic decisions.

Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.

Identify and address problems and opportunities
