Hr Manager

Lead the HR team in planning, forecasting, and implementing workforce needs
Oversee recruitment processes to attract, hire, and retain top talent
Manage employee engagement and retention programs.
Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
Manage administrative functions, including office facilities, supplies, and services
Lead and mentor the HR and Admin team.

Job Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field
5 years of experience in General HR and Admin function
Proven experience in all facets of Human Resources
With strong experience in policy formulation and implementation
Can deal well with C-level Executives
Willing to work in Mandurriao, Iloilo City
