Shift Schedule: Graveyard/Shifting Schedule

Qualifications:
Team management experience of at least 7 years
At least 10 years of inbound client service experience from global banking operations required
At least 2 years of college degree BS / BA
Willing to work 100% onsite at Cebu
Willing to work night shift (North America Hours) and shifting schedule as needed by the business
